A well maintained air conditioning system will run smoothly, efficiently and is far less likely to break down. A preventative maintenance program with Montgomery HVAC Service Company, LLC will be all you need to keep your equipment running at peak efficiency.
When you sign up for our preventative maintenance program we will provide you with two visits per year. We will perform two precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleaning procedures as described below, to help provide a quality, efficient, and safe indoor environment. You will also receive a priority status should you have a repair to be within your service year and a variety of discounts when equipment is needed. | |

Procedures Include:
Clean or replace standard air filters
Inspect inside cooling coil and clean as necessary (if applicable)
Clean and inspect primary and secondary condensate drains
Inspect blower components – clean and / or adjust as necessary
Inspect condenser coil-clean as necessary
Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
Inspect operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge and add up to 2 lbs. Freon
per year if needed.
Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections
Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles
Apply protective coating to outside unit
Adjust gas pressure as necessary
Inspect pilot operation – adjust as necessary
Monitor flue draft for safe operation
Inspect and test safety controls
Inspect heat anticipator settings
Inspect thermostat operations
Inspect heat exchanger and burners – vacuum and adjust as necessary
Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
